Aged rum finished, blended, and bottled by Rolling Fork Spirits in Starlight, Indiana. Column-distilled from estate-grown sugarcane molasses from an undisclosed distillery in El Salvador. Aged tropically for 10 years in El Salvador. Finished for 22 months in a combination of Rolling Fork casks: 3 Oloroso sherry casks, 5 port wine casks, 4 rye whiskey casks, and 10 Kentucky bourbon barrels. No additives or coloring.
