Producer notes: Pinot Noir from the Yamhill Carlton area in the Willamette Valley tends to be bolder than those from neighboring regions. The soils are ancient ocean bottom which reduces berry size increasing concentration and richness. Darker than many Pinots – this delicious wine will satisfy your inner rockstar! Great after toiling in the fields – it will be the salve that you crave! A majority of the fruit is from our medieval rockstar friends at Sylvanus Estate in the far west end of the Yamhill Carlton region – Christian and Lisa Eddleman delivered amazing concentration in 2021 and are truly salt of the earth muffins! Enjoy with a whole roasted animal with a cacophony of friends!
