Not generally considered a "serious" grape variety, this Ruchè in the hands of the legendary Rinaldi estate turns into something special. Intense ruby in color, it emits aromas suggestive of pink floral notes, magnolia, and fruity cherry, peach and ripe raspberry, with a touch of white pepper. The palate is generous, yet perfectly supported by the acidity. The crisp fruit is invigorating, lively with a delicate hint of licorice and oriental spice. Really tasty and perfect for the table, pair this wine with beef ragout, braised veal shoulder, or medium-aged cheeses.
