Crushed flowers, dried herbs, mint, licorice and rosewater give the 2023 lovely aromatic complexity to match its mid-weight personality. The Freisa was fermented in stainless steel and aged between five and six months in cask. It's an undeniably attractive wine from Rinaldi. Drink: 2024-2030.
