The Giuseppe Rinaldi 2020 Barolo Tre Tine is still tight and narrow at this young stage, but it will surely flesh out with more time in bottle. There are delicate fragrances of tart berry fruit, cassis and blue flower over a streamlined and very silky mouthfeel. The Ravera vineyard near the winery measures three hectares across two distinct parcels. The first piece that faces Le Coste was planted in the 1980s, and the second parcel that looks toward Novello was planted in the 1990s. Drink: 2026-2048. (1/30/25)"

In its first vintages, the Tre Tine was pretty imposing and linear from a tannin perspective, but the 2020 stands out for its exquisiteness and balance.
