Powerful and vertical, with serious intensity, the 2021 is a super-classic Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon. All the elements are so well balanced. Graphite, incense and a whole range of mineral/savory tones linger on the brooding finish. Specifically, the tannins are incredibly refined—quite an achievement for this site.
