97+ points Jeb Dunnuck: "From a cooler site in Coombsville, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Farella Vineyard tastes like the essence of Cabernet Sauvignon. Pauillac-like notes of crème de cassis, lead pencil shavings, crushed rocks, and cedar all emerge from this full-bodied, focused, gorgeously pure 2015 that tastes like a great vintage of Latour. It’s one of the more fresh, focused, backward wines in the lineup so hide bottles for a few years. One of the most thrilling tastings I was able to do for this report, these incredible wines from Realm are made by the talented Frenchman, Benoit Touquette. These are true blockbuster, magical wines I will every reader could taste. Drink: 2023-2058. (12/29/17)"
97 points James Suckling: "Amazing aromas of blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants and lead pencil. So aromatic. Dense and full-bodied but so dialed in for a 2015. Light bitter cedar and hazelnuts. Tactile tannins. A great wine. Drink in 2021. (2/8/18)"
