98 points/'Le Coup de Coeur,' La Revue du Vin de France: "Blanchot, from a 90-year-old vineyard, takes the morning sun and its small millerandage grapes give it its precise fruit and volume, while plunging us into the depths of the bedrock. Majestic. (2024)"

95-97 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2021 Chablis Blanchots Grand Cru has the most "classic" or what you might call "old school" bouquets amongst Raveneau's 2021s and I love it: razor-sharp, struck flint and granite scents. The palate is very taut on the entry, linear, a vertical Chablis that feels very long with a saline finish that lingers in the mouth. What a superb Blanchots - one for Chablis purists. Drink: 2025-2055. (Sep 2022)"

95+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2021 Blanchot is every bit as refined and promising as the Valmur. The nose offers up a beautiful blend of pear, golden delicious apple, lemon blossoms, limestone minerality, beeswax, a touch of anise, a whisper of vanillin oak and a topnote of lemon zest. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and shows off excellent depth at the core, with fine soil signature, vibrant acids and great length and grip on the well-balanced and complex finish. 2028-2075. (NovDec 2022)"

95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "These 60 ares are home to the oldest vines chez Raveneau, approximately 85 years of age. It makes a vigorous showing this vintage with zippy acidity energizing the medium body and pulling the wide range of flavors into the long, sappy finish. Citrus pith and freshly grated spices mingle with crunchy pear. (2023)"

93-95 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .65 ha parcel of very old vines of indeterminate age). A more elegant if more restrained nose reluctantly offers up its aromas of markedly citrus-infused Granny Smith apples, mineral reduction and oyster shell that are trimmed in subtle wood toast. There is laser-like delineation to the intensely stony medium weight flavors that culminate in a palate staining, youthfully austere and equally persistent finish. While this could use more depth, this is beauty is so packed with upside development potential that more will almost assuredly develop. Drink: 2033+. (Oct 2022)"

94 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "A site that often over-performs in cooler vintages and which is planted with the domaine's oldest vines, the 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot exhibits notes of waxy citrus oil, bee pollen, freshly baked bread, vanilla pod and white flowers. Full-bodied, ample and satiny, it's fleshy and layered, with impressive texture and generosity for the year. Drink: 2025-2045. (9/7/23)"

94 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "Some of the oldest vines in the domaine (85 years), Raveneau have 0.64ha in this east-facing grand cru. Quite a delicate Blanchot in 2021 - cool, fresh, great purity on the palate and so precise. There is also a hint of honey on the palate which adds to the complexity, with a fine mineral, salty note to finish. A very fine, elegant grand cru which will undoubtedly age very well. Drinking Window: 2026-2035. (10/17/22)"
