95+ points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriotte is, as usual, the most fragrant and expressive of Ramonet's premiers crus, bursting from the glass with scents of clear honey, white flowers, fresh peach and pear. On the palate, its medium to full-bodied, satiny and elegant, with an expressive core of fruit, succulent acids and a long, perfumed finish. This is a beautifully balanced, charming Boudriotte that will drink well young but also reward bottle age. Drink: 2020-2040. (Jan 2020)"

94 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .7 ha parcel in Puligny). Like the Chevalier, there is a touch of sulfur-induced skunkiness though it's not as strong as the aeration had more of a pronounced effect. There is excellent volume to the attractively refined, indeed even sleek, larger-scaled flavors that possess good levels of dry extract that also serves to buffer the firm acid spine shaping the beautifully long finale that delivers excellent depth. While the nose isn't especially attractive today, my rating offers the benefit of the doubt that it will eventually harmonize because otherwise there is much to like. Drink: 2029+. (Jun 2020)"
