91 points Luis Gutierrez (Wine Advocate): "[$35 list] The 2010 QS2 is mostly Tempranillo complemented by Bordeaux grapes aged in oak barrique and in egg-shaped cement vats. The nose makes me think of a hypothetical blend of Hacienda Monasterio and Pesquera (from the good old times!), very Ribera del Duero, a style of yesteryear, austere and serious, with earthy notes and a subtle mix of red and black berries and some aromatic spices (white pepper). The palate is quite full-bodied, lush and round, ripe and with moderate acidity, a velvety texture and good length. With time it develops some floral notes that make it very aromatic and showy.
