96 points Decanter: "(52% Pinot Noir, 48% Chardonnay). Voluminous and lively with charred lemon, buttery almond biscuits and grapefruit looming large, capturing the essence of a warm and persuasive vintage. Smoky, mineral and long. Alcohol 12.5%. (DWWA 2023)"

94 points Wine Enthusiast: "[$135 list] This Champagne, still young, has almost equal proportions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. That results in a ripe, balanced wine. Its white fruit is cut with citrus giving a full-bodied mouthfeel. The wine should age further, so drink from 2025. Alcohol 12.5%. (Dec 2022)"

94 points James Suckling: "This is a solid vintage Champagne with depth and structure, as well very fine bubbles that frame the wine beautifully. Full-bodied with fine layers of fruit and lots of flint, stone, chalk, spicy ginger and lime character in the palate. 52% pinot noir and 48% chardonnay. Dosage 7g/L. Disgorged in July 2021. Very drinkable now, but will age beautifully. (6/29/22)"

93 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Disgorged in July 2018 with seven grams per liter dosage, Lanson's 2012 Brut Le Vintage offers up aromas of golden orchard fruit, crisp green apple, fresh bread and warm biscuits, followed by a medium to full-bodied, racy and vibrant palate with a fleshy core of fruit that's underpinned by the house's trademark acid spine. Long and penetrating, it stands out as a notable value in the world of grande marque vintage Champagne. Drink: 2022-2042. (8/31/22)"

93 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "Roughly equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the 2012 Champagne Le Vintage is ripe with notes of fresh brioche, ripe Mirabel plum, and lemon custard. Revealing tension on the palate, with lime zest, chalk, and an elegant and floral finish, it offers a pretty style with great energy to drink over the next 15 or so years. Drink: 2022-2037. (11/7/22)"

92 points Wine Spectator: "[$135 list] A fresh, minerally Champagne, with accents of fleur de sel and oyster shell and flavors of ripe green apple, pink grapefruit sorbet, toast point and pastry cream. This has a light plushness that wraps the bright spine of acidity in a fine, cashmerelike texture. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2030. 250 cases imported. (12/15/22)"
