94 points Jeb Dunnuck: "Always one of the leading whites in the appellation, the 2017 Les Oliviers Blanc from the Gonon Brothers comes from a single terroir located just outside of Mauves, in the southern part of the appellation. Sporting a vivid gold hue as well as killer notes of quince, buttered citrus, honeyed minerality, and white flowers, it’s full-bodied, has bright acidity, and is perfectly balanced. I’d be happy to put this stunning white in a blind lineup of top Hermitage Blancs. Drink it any time over the coming decade or more. Drink: 2020-2030. (12/12/19)"
94 points Josh Raynolds (Vinous): "Brilliant straw-yellow. Fresh, deep-pitched tropical and pit fruit aromas are complemented by suggestions of honey and lemon zest. Ripe and fleshy on the palate, showing sharp definition to the energetic peach, pineapple and tangerine flavors. Finishes silky, focused and very long, displaying repeating peachiness and building mineral and floral qualities. Raised in oak demi-muids, all of them neutral. Drink: 2022-2028. (Apr 2020)"
92-93 points James Suckling: "Quite rich and buttery with apricots and peaches on offer with a sweet, fleshy and ripe palate that offers good weight and achieves some freshness at the finish. Drink on release. (10/11/19)"
