The palate immediately manifests this in a panoply of citrus in that yellow-orange spectrum that references ripe, tangy tangerine as much as tart kumquat and ripe Meyer lemon. This wine is enticing, mouth-filling, intense and almost impossible to spit. The proper thrill is provided by analytics pitching 49.5 g/l of residual sweetness against 10.5 g/l of acidity. Wonderful. It offers a very elegant and smoky nose of bacon, wild herbs, mint, white flowers, spices, and anise. The wine proves superbly juicy on the palate, yet this combatively richness is well wrapped into intense zesty elements. The finish is electric and straight, and already dryish in style.
