95 points Decanter: "75% Syrah, 25% Grenache. This is a pretty smooth operator with a beautifully clean and pure expression on the bouquet. Bottle-developed dried thyme, rosemary, and red/black fruit characters slip through the palate; concentrated but not excessive with a very smooth texture. A polished wine, of serious class and elegance. Ready to drink any time from now. (DWWA 2022)"

94 points Jeb Dunnuck: "Mostly Syrah, the 2020 Ventoux Artemia reveals a Northern Rhône-like style in its darker fruits, bacon fat, leather, and iron-driven aromatics. I always find a Côte Rôtie-like style in this cuvée, and the 2020 is no exception. Medium to full-bodied and balanced, with fine tannins, enjoy bottles over the coming 10-15 years. This cuvée is mostly Syrah from higher elevation, cooler, gravelly limestone soils. Drink: 2023-2038. (3/16/23)"
