93 points/'Sweet spot/Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a huge 3.5 ha parcel of 45+ year old vines, most of which is in Folatières proper with .40 ha in Peux Bois). A more floral suffused nose also reflects a vague hint of exoticism with the aromas of dried peach, apricot, passion fruit and candied citrus. The medium weight flavors are not as dense but they're definitely finer on the solidly well-detailed, youthfully austere and mineral-driven finale. This offers outstanding persistence as well as better overall freshness and verve. Worth considering. Drink: 2025+. (Jun 2021)"

Considerable weight of fruit, plums and mandarins, some heat too, with some livelier acidity behind, I think this wine has a good chance of coming out on the positive side. (Oct 2020)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "Two parcels, one high and steep, the other lower older vines from the 1960s. The most open nose – lots of volume. There’s a small touch of oak spice and a slowly opening floral aspect. Also very mineral here with more width and a little more plump aspect to the texture. Very delicious in the middle and finishing flavours – extra class. Extra delicious in the finishing flavours too. Less demonstratively long vs the last two but lasting more subtly.
