Not yet reviewed; 2022 vintage rated 92 points/'Outstanding' by Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from vines planted in 1965). A touch of petrol is present to the airy and cool aromas of pear essence and various floral wisps that include an interesting hint of gardenia. The plump, round and fleshy medium-bodied flavors possess a seductive texture thanks to the abundance of dry extract while exuding a subtle bead of minerality on the clean, dry and lingering finish. This is less mineral-driven than the Clos de la Garenne but it's slightly more concentrated and a bit more tightly wound as well. Drink: 2030+."
