92 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "From the family, the oldest vines which grandfather Paul planted, in 1954. Pale in colour, with a bouquet as much redolent of stones as of fruit. Racy and stony on the palate too with good tension, less ripe grapes it seems, but with good persistence. (Oct 2024)"

91 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "Here too there is a vague suggestion of the exotic floating in the background of the aromas of passion fruit, orange peel, white peach and star anise hints. The super-sleek, energetic and beautifully textured flavors are not quite as dense, though they do offer equally good length on the balanced finale. This should also amply repay mid-term keeping. Drink: 2031+. (Jun 2025)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "A nose of minerals and architecture. Effusive, a burst of extra middle energy and then a hint more oak in the finish – but what a delicious thing !! (Dec 2024)"
