95 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "Alvina Pernot's 2023 Caillerets was even more impressive than the 2022. On the nose, there is a fairly quiet chalky minerality, but on the palate everything changes with an explosive citrus fruit and herbal note. The texture has lively acidity that keeps the wine dynamic. Despite the fairly light body, it lingers impressively on the palate, creating a lithe, sinuous feel. Although this will be undeniably attractive when bottled, it will improve with three to five years in bottle and drink over the next 15. Drinking Window: 2030-2045. (11/11/24)"

93 points/'Sweet spot/Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "Prominent mineral reduction nuances are present on the ultra-fresh and floral-suffused aromas of citrus confit, acacia blossom and discreet spice whiffs. There is again excellent vibrancy to the overtly stony medium weight flavors that are skin rolling a small pebble around the mouth, all wrapped in a beautifully long, balanced and youthfully austere finale. This is excellent and very much worth considering. Drink: 2031+. (Jun 2025)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "(Exchanges of must for this and the Charlemagne.) This nose has volume and width. Incisive, but a wine that slowly fades rather than the finishing juiciness of the Jacquelotte. (Dec 2024)"
