94 points Charles Curtis (Decanter): "This Corton-Charlemagne is striking for its vibrant acidity and lemony charm, with salty mineral notes and white flowers. There is also a richness and breadth that are very appealing. The grapes come from a friend in Pernand-Vergelesses; typically, they exchange Puligny Folatières two-for-one for the Corton Charlemagne. It is worth the premium, although this year, their friend could only part with enough for a single barrel. The grapes were gently pressed as whole clusters and fermented in a used cask. The result is a wine of limpid purity that lingers seemingly forever on the palate. Drinking Window: 2025-2055. (Oct 2022)"
94 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "From the Pernand side. Mid lemon yellow. The bouquet is quite backward but does show typicity of the appellation. Racy apples and lemons, the requisite mineral touch, poised ripeness, with some length. Once again, a stylish approach to vinification (no battonage) and elevage. One barrel. Drink from 2027-2033. Tasted: October 2022."
