Made from 75% Pinot Noir and the rest Chardonnay with 5% vin rouge, it’s juicy and inviting on the palate, with a more refined mousse, and while it has the power of the Grand Cru village, it’s appealing now as well, with all its ripe cherry fruit carrying through its long finish.
