94+ points Luis Gutiérrez (Wine Advocate): "The village red 2023 Gratallops was produced with a blend of 80% Garnacha and 20% Cariñena from different vineyards in Gratallops, all certified organic. It fermented in oak vats with indigenous yeasts with punch-downs and 28 days of maceration, and it matured in oval foudres and bocoyes for 14 months. It's very floral, insinuating and subtle, with great elegance and a very fine thread in the palate, velvety, with fine-grained tannins, the oak neatly integrated with the fruit. It has a vibrant palate; they always keep a little bit of carbonic gas in the wines before bottling, which protects the wines and disappears in the operation. 14,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2025. Drink: 2026-2036. (May 2025)"
94 points Sarah Jane Evans, MW (Decanter): "This wine may be pale, but don't be deceived. It's full of energy, packed with aromas of wild brambles and flowers and a gentle suggestion of minerality. There's even more on the palate, a compote of Garnacha plums and Carignan blueberries. Long and ripe on the finish, it's essentially fresh, with lightly chewy tannin for texture. Drinking Window: 2024-2034. (3/12/24)"
