92-94 points Essi Avellan, MW: "A rosé of depth and delicacy, it is a blend of 12 villages, whose origins remain a secret. Pale peachy colour and an elegant nose to suit it: sweet peach, floral fragrance, fruit drops and even dark berries. Fine ageing notions of patisserie, spice and dried fruits bring sophistication. On the palate is airy and prickly, coming with an invigorating sensation. A beautifully crafted rosé of character and sensuality. (Aug 2024)"
93 points Yohan Castaing (Wine Advocate): "Disgorged in January 2022, Paillard’s NV Extra-Brut Première Cuvée Rosé exhibits aromas of peaches, wild strawberries, Griotte cherries and spices. Medium to full-bodied, bright and tensile, it’s concentrated and incisive. It concludes with a bright, long and penetrating finish. Drink: 2023-2028. (4/20/23)"

93 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "[$105 list] The NV Champagne Premiere Cuvée Extra Brut Rosé has a salmon/pink hue and jumps from the glass with a floral perfume in its aromas of salted grapefruit, rose water, strawberries, and green melon. Compact and medium-bodied, it offers a good deal of intensity and power through the palate, with a spritely mousse and a citrus-driven, mouthwatering finish. This highly versatile rosé is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Drink 2024-2030. Disgorged in March 2023. Drink: 2024-2030. (12/20/24)"

93 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(2013 base vintage; disgorged October 2017; 80–85% pinot, 15–20% chardonnay from the northern Côte des Blancs; typically less than 5% pinot noir red wine; only the first press; 35% reserve solera back to 1985; 5g/L dosage). With a pretty pale-salmon hue, this is a rosé of real definition, alive with pomegranate, pink grapefruit and strawberry hull, fresh and fruity and yet exactingly focused, drawn out by excellent, vibrant acidity, fine chalk minerality and fine-ground tannin structure. It handles this tannin impeccably, without falling into astringency or bitterness, uniting comfortably with the salty umami character of the chalk on a long and bright finish. The creamy texture of three years lees age has unified everything harmoniously. (2020-2021)"

93 points Bettane & Desseauve Guide (2026).

92 points Zekun Shuai (JamesSuckling.com): "Grapefruit, freshly crushed strawberries, stones and subtle cream. The fine perlage cuts through the medium-bodied palate with solid red berry and citrus fruit. Disgorged in February 2022. Drink now. (4/6/23)"
