94+ points Yohan Castaing (Wine Advocate): "Disgorged in May 2022, the Paillard NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is superbly fresh, offering up aromas of orchard fruit, lemon, spring flowers and menthol touches. Medium to full-bodied, expressive and precise with a delicate mousse, it’s seamless, vinous, chalky and harmonious with a clean and precise finish. Drink: 2023-2030. (4/20/23)"

93+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The new release of the non-vintage Blanc de Blancs from Alice Paillard is from the base year of 2017, though it includes reserve wines in the blend that date back all the way to 1985. It hails primarily from vineyards in Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger and was aged four years sur lattes prior to its disgorgement in May of 2022. It was finished in this iteration with a dosage of five grams per liter. The wine’s bouquet is complex and utterly refined, wafting from the glass in a precise blend of apple, pear, fresh almond, chalky minerality, fresh-baked bread and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is bright, focused and full-bodied, with a lovely spine of acidity, excellent depth at the core, fine mineral undertow, elegant mousse and a long, complex and impeccably balanced finish. 2024-2060. (Mar/Apr 2024)"

93 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs is terrific. Candied citrus, passion fruit, mint, white flowers, tangerine peel and light tropical notes lend notable flair to this effusive, inviting Blanc de Blancs. Airy and breezy, with notable finesse, this is total a delight. Most of the fruit for this bottling is from Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Disgorged: May 2022. Drink: 2024-2032. (Dec 2024)"

93 points Zekun Shuai (JamesSuckling.com): "Freshly squeezed lemon, green apples, oyster shell and white apricots with subtle brioche and exquisite yeastiness. A fruity entry followed by a medium to full body where you find the fine perlage carrying the intense chalky flavors to a nicely dry but approachable finish. Lovely length with spot-on balance between chalky fruit and autolysis. Disgorged in March 2022. Drink or hold. (4/6/23)"

92 points Wine Spectator: "[$105 list] A fresh, focused Champagne, with a subtle, leesy overtone. Creamy and satiny in texture, offering notes of patisserie pear, marzipan and lemon curd. Lightly spiced and lingering on the finish. Disgorged May 2022. Drink now through 2028. 1,500 cases made, 75 cases imported. (11/15/23)"
