This fresh and vibrant style of wine is referred to as their "Joven" or "Roble". Made from 100% Tempranillo, it is naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged in French oak for only 5 months and then bottled and released for enjoyment. The firm, chalky tannins are moderated here by juicy dark berry fruit character. Rocky minerality adds a terrific counterpoint. In the mouth, the texture is full, elegant, long lasting and velvety.
