92 points Raffaela Mosca (Decanter): "FL' ('Fossa di Lupo') shows a dark ruby colour and has the most uncompromising nose among the 'vini di contrada', requiring a few minutes to shed some of its gamey exuberance and unveil aromas of freshly picked bramble fruits, tapenade, and soy sauce. It is also more tannic than the other two single-vineyard Frappato, demanding a bit of cellaring to fully come together. Sour cherries mingle with mouthwatering minerals and a touch of earthiness on the slightly powdery finish.
