93-95 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Vosne-Romanée Les Petit Monts 1er Cru had been sulfited a couple of weeks prior to my visit and was completely de-stemmed. The nose is very refined, offering brambly red fruit mixed with loam and pressed roses. The palate is medium-bodied with ample black and red fruit, commingling with baking powder and licorice scents. Quite intense on the finish with a sorbet-like freshness. It is far superior to the previous vintage and should age well in bottle. Drink: 2027-2050. (Jan 2024)"
94 points/'Very Fine+,' Steen Öhman (Winehog): "The Vosne-Romanée Petits Monts 2022 is lighter than the Beaux-Monts which follows, but is nevertheless truly delightful. The mid-palate is full of raspberry fruit infused with detailed, delicate Vosne spices. A real treat; there’s nothing much to add. Drink from 2032. (1/22/24)"
91-94 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .23 ha parcel). This is the first wine to display any appreciable reduction and it's enough to dominate the nose. Otherwise there is excellent vibrancy to the beautifully delineated and concentrated medium-bodied flavors that exude evident minerality on the balanced, compact and youthfully austere finale that is firm enough to warrant extended keeping. This is also excellent and worth considering. Drink: 2034+. (Jan 2024)"
