97 points Ian D'Agata (Terroir Sense): "Luminous deep red. Captivating if still slightly brooding aromas of red cherry, raspberry, balsamic oils and mint. Then very deep and concentrated, with dense flavours of sour red cherry, blood orange and fresh raspberry. The long vibrant finish is very precise and savory but still youthfully clenched. This is a much bigger, less forward and approachable wine than the very elegant, lifted 2016 Gattinara Vigna Molsino, that was also outstanding but very different in its organoleptic and textural profile from this 2019 wine. Drinking window: 2028-2050. (12/8/23)"
94 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "Coming from one of the great sites from the volcanic soils of Gattinara, the 2019 Gattinara Molssino is smoky, with a darker profile of black and red fruits and notes of black cherry, leather, and wet asphalt. This medium-bodied red offers wonderful concentration and purity, with ripe yet present tannins as well as notes of gravelly earth, cranberry, and tea leaf. It is an outstanding wine expressive of its more northern terroir to drink over the coming 15 years. Drink: 2023-2038. (5/4/23)"
