Gattinara, made from 100% Nebbiolo, is known for its elegance and mineral-driven complexity, thanks to the region's unique soils and cooler climate compared to Barolo. The 2021 vintage showcases the purity of Nebbiolo, offering aromas of red cherries, wild berries, and delicate floral notes such as rose petals and violets.
