Crafted from plots on low pH soil (rare in the Langhe), the Serradenari label is the most emblematic of this cool MGA according to Giulia – and the most angular, austere and racy of the trio. It will need time to emerge from its reductive state and unwind from tightly wound, slightly astringent tannins.
