95 points Stephan Reinhardt (Wine Advocate): "The 2015 Wiltinger Braune Kupp Riesling Auslese (AP #6) is very clear and aromatic on the flinty, elegant nose where ripe Riesling, some honey and botrytis flavors are displayed. Mouth-fillingly clear and piquant, this is a lush and generous Auslese that reveals a remarkable finesse and seductive intensity. This is gorgeous! Drink: 2017-2055. (Apr 2017)"

94+ points Mosel Fine Wines: "AP: 06 16. This offers a superbly delicate and racy nose driven by ginger, bergamot and minerals but also some pineapple and coconut. The wine is racy and elegant more than expressive on the palate at this early stage but the gorgeously pure feel of apricot, herbs and more pineapple in the mouthwatering finish is a telltale sign of greatness to come. This could actually easily exceed our high expectations in a decade or more. It is that impressive! 2025-2050. (Apr 2016)"
94 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "Lots of tangerine, nectarine and papaya flavors make this a lush wine that would be hard not to enjoy. Power is its strong suit, but the finish is very straight and clean. Delicious right now, but could age for 20 years and more. (6/7/17)"
18.5/20 points Tamlyn Currin (JancisRobinson.com): "It’s hard to single out individual aromas from this complex fragrance. The nose invites to explore the many facets of fine fresh fruit, subtle nuances of spice and minerality and a gentle floral notion which all add to an extraordinary sensory experience. On the palate the Braune Kupp excels with a delightful interaction of vibrant acidity and delicious residual sweetness, putting grace and finesse above overwhelming opulence. An Auslese as racy as only the Saar can produce. Drinking Window: 2016-2030. (6/11/16)"
