92+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The domaine’s 2013 les Fuées is a quintessential example of this great premier cru, which along with les Cras, is my favorite in the village after les Amoureuses. The wine is stellar in 2013, soaring from the glass in a perfumed blend of red and black cherries, cocoa, chalky soil tones, gamebird, woodsmoke and a discreet framing of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and again, potentially quite sappy at the core in the fullness of time, with great soil inflection, suave tannins and a very long, complex and tangy finish that simply dances across the finish line. A gorgeous example of the vintage. 2023-2065. (Nov/Dec 2014)"

91+ points Stephen Tanzer (Vinous): "Good full, dark red. Raspberry and stone on the nose, lifted by floral high tones. Denser and spicier than the village Chambolle, showing a bit more oak influence but not quite the pristine fruit quality of that wine. More saline and electric. Best today on the very long back end, which features firm, chewy tannins. Drink: 2020-2029. (Mar 2016)"

91 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from 50+ year old vines - this is Mugnier's favorite vineyard in terms of its fruit quality). Here the nose is slightly more deeply pitched with its spicy and beautifully layered aromas of plum, violets and black cherry. The wonderfully vibrant and well-delineated medium weight flavors possess a refined, cool and restrained mouth feel that also characterizes the intensely stony, textured and strikingly persistent finish. A classic Fuées. Drink: 2023+. (Jan 2016)"
