95 points Chris Kissack (Wine Doctor): "The 2021 Fidès was made to the usual recipe, with bottling in July 2023 after élevage first in barrels, then in a combination of stainless steel and stoneware jarres. The is immediately convincing on the nose, showing a mineral and reductive frame filled with elderflower, lemon peel and crushed schistose rocks, with a smoky, saline lift. The palate continues with a tense, savoury and sinewy style, the middle lithe and focused, precisely defined with polished edges, before it eases into a reductive, bitter, mineral-laden finish. A more gourmand style than 2020, and quite delicious. Top notch and very complete. The alcohol on the label is 13.5%. (Feb 2024)"
