The texture is substantial but lively, and the crisp acidity balances the considerable extract. Moreau has chosen to forego cask ferments to preserve freshness; the grapes are from several parcels in Montmains, Vaux Miolot, and Butteaux, totalling 0.90ha. Although approachable young, this Chablis will only gain complexity with age and should continue to improve for a decade or more. Drinking Window: 2028-2045. (10/15/24)"
