2022 not yet reviewed. 2021 received 98 points/'Rare Wines Collection' from Gambero Rosso: "Giovanni Montisci is a master winemaker from Mamoiada, and the Franzisca is made with cannonau grapes from the oldest of his small vineyards. Only a few bottles are produced, but this is one of the best wines of its kind. Its aromas are distinctly Mediterranean, with prominent notes of wild brush and myrtle. The palate is supple and fluid, yet not lacking in complexity or depth. Only 2666 bottles produced. (2025 edition)"
