Fine crimson purple, with a pretty lifted bouquet, floral yet not light. Indeed, there is a very pleasing intensity towards the back of the palate, very prettily done. (Nov 2023)" 89-92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from Hautes Maizières and Les Violettes). Firm reduction renders the nose unreadable. By contrast, there is excellent freshness and verve to the beautifully textured bigger-bodied flavors that possess fine richness, all wrapped in a complex, balanced and sneaky long finish. This lovely Vosne villages is firm enough to repay a few years of keeping but not so structured that it couldn't be enjoyed young. Drink: 2027+. (Jan 2024)"
