94 points Tim Atkin, MW (Decanter): "One of the richer, plusher and more powerful wines in the Mikulski range in 2017, this is dense and textured, with notes of lemon butter and white flowers that lead you into a fresh, more mineral finish. The 20% new wood is barely a whisper here. Drinking Window: 2020-2026. (Oct 2018)"

93.1 points CellarTracker.com community score.

92 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .72 ha parcel). This is aromatically similar to the Limozin save for the smoky character is more prominent. There is more size, weight and power to the medium weight plus flavors that benefit from the abundant sap that serves to buffer the firm acid spine shaping the bitter lemon-infected sour-sweet finish that offers excellent depth and persistence. Drink: 2025+. (Jun 2019)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "A wider nose and with some depth of concentration too. Volume and complexity – really much more complexity – I have a slight preference for completeness of the Limozin today but this has so much more detail. (Dec 2018)"
