Enzo Pontoni is one of Italy's most famous winemakers, known for creating precise white wines. Drawing from the famous 'ponca'/marl and limestone soils of the Slovenian border, north of Trieste, Enzo has tended 10 hillside hectares. We have a very small allocation of this Sauvignon, which expresses the classic vegetal hints of the grape, fruit and mineral salts. In the mouth it is full-bodied, saline, soft and balanced.
