Beautiful Earth is a white Rhône blend comprised of Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche grapes grown on the Westside of Paso Robles from Paper Street Vineyard. Tasting Notes: Lemon-guava, loquat, starfruit, green mango, pomelo, bosc pear, fennel frond, stargazer lily, wet stone, flint. The palate is laden with minerals, staccato, and resonant acidity. Refreshingly taught. Incredibly energetic and lively. Production Notes: The fruit was whole-cluster pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel and neutral 500 L French oak puncheons. Minimal malolactic fermentation. Bottled after six months of elevage. Production--1075 cases.
