93 points Jane Anson (Inside Bordeaux): "A barrel selection of vines from the upper part of the Herawingert vineyard, this is softly spoken, understated but with clear structure. Crushed roses and raspberries, smoky, with waves of cold ash and slate, charming rarther than overpowering, waves of grilled raspberry, sage, saffron, freshly cut herbs. Very charming. Dijon clones of Pinot, 40 years average age, planted on the warmest parts of this tiny vineyard of 4ha at 500m altitude in the Liechenstein Alps. Aged in a mix of 225l French oak and larger 500l oak casks, technical director Sebastian Gunsch. Alcohol 13%. Drink: 2025-2035. (5/20/25)"
92 points Peter Moser (Falstaff): "Deep crimson in colour with a broad and bright ochre rim. On the nose, aromas of fine red berry fruit, fresh cherry, floral nuances redolent of jasmine in the background with some tangerine zest. The palate is elegant and juicy, with fine acidity, subtle strawberry-cherry confit notes and a saline mineral finish. (10/7/23)"
90 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "This maturing pinot noir has a very savory nose with damp forest floor and discreet red berry aromas. Quite a firm tannin structure is packed into the sleek frame of this medium-bodied red, but the wine has the depth to carry this well. Long, moderately dry finish where the chalky tannins are quite pronounced. Drink or hold. (5/2/24)"
