94 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "The delicious, deeply-coloured village-level Vosne-Romanée from Benjamin Leroux is fragrant with perfumed sweet blackberry fruit and hints of violets and spice. The texture is lush and plump, with supple tannins and good length. The grapes are from lieux-dits across the appellation, including Violettes and Mazières Blanches in Flagey and Communes, Jacquines and Croix Blanche in Vosne proper. About 10% of the grapes are fermented directly in 450-litre barrels that are rolled instead of punched down. Drinking Window: 2028-2055. (7/7/23)"

90-93 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Full purple, and full of energy, this has flair and poise at the same time. One third whole bunches gives the Vosne-Romanée a sense of lift, and actually the waves of fruit keep coming, more than expected in a village wine. (Oct 2023)"

91.5 points CellarTracker.com community score.

89-92 points/'Outstanding/Top value,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from Les Jacquines, Au Dessus de la Rivière, Les Genaivrières and Maizières-Basses). An exuberantly spicy nose of red barriers, violet, exotic tea and soy is trimmed in all but invisible wood. The racy, vibrant and beautifully delineated middleweight flavors possess good volume and richness, all wrapped in a surprisingly powerful, robust and quite serious finale. This is excellent but it's not a Vosne of refinement, in fact it's borderline rustic. Drink: 2030+. (Apr 2024)"

91 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com) (Jan 2024).
