90-92 points Neal Martin (Wine Advocate): "The 2013 Volnay 1er Cru Pitures-Dessus, which was hitherto blended into the Village Cru, has a rounded strawberry and raspberry-scented bouquet with rose petal notes emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with much more fruit compared to the Mitans, a crisp line of acidity and a bit of sinew on the dense finish. Give this two or three years in bottle. Drink: 2017-2027.
