91 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "Here too a deft application of wood sets off the more floral and slightly riper aromas of plum, warm earth and a touch of forest floor. There is more size, weight and power to the bigger-bodied flavors that are less refined before concluding in a serious, compact, youthfully austere and moderately rustic finale. While qualitatively similar to the Haut Jarrons, the texture and structure are markedly different. Note that at least some patience is advised. Drink: 2029+. (Apr 2021)"
