93-96 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Just one cuvée this year, as the lower part hardly produced and needs pulling out (161/49 rootstock issue). Picked 31st August. A light green tint and much more elegance on the nose than the robust Charmes, quite subtle in the level of nuance. Dances across the palate, picked at the perfect time, with a gracious long finish, just a hint of honeysuckle, and fine persistence once again. A lovely example. (Oct 2024)"

94 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "Has a lovely purity of ripe apple and apricot fruit aromas, with an edge of exotic spices and marzipan. The texture is gratifyingly rich but not heavy. Leroux, like many vignerons, has suffered vine failures linked to the rootstock here, and now this is a blend of Genevrières Dessous and Dessus – formerly they were bottled separately. It is still a magnificent wine. Cellar ideally for at least five years and enjoy it over the next 20. Drinking Window: 2028-2050. (11/14/24)"

94 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "Pretty, deep yellow in color, this is a clear rung or two up the ladder in dynamism. It tastes of vibrant, freshly-plucked fall apples that dribble juice on your chin when you crunch into them. The palate twirls with sassy tang and a smidgeon of classy oak. Hard to resist now, this has ample power to slumber in the cellar. This is a transition year for the two Genevrières cuvées as the Dessus (upper) portion was pulled out after 2023. Here are the two parts combined. Dessus likely won't be produced on its own again for ten years. Once the Dessus is back in production, it will be time to pull out the Dessous (lower) portion.. (2025)"
