95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "This hails from En Orveaux. Ben says this spot can be tricky at times given the combe/valley influence, but in warmer years, it shows particularly well. There is good oomph here with broad shoulders of perfectly ripe fruit, satiny tannins and long lashes of black fruits. The serious finish is lacquered with savoriness yet no evident signs of new oak given the use of larger barrels. (2025)"

93-95 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2023 Echézeaux Grand Cru, which comes or Orveaux lieu-dit, has a nicely detailed bouquet. The one-third whole bunch is neatly integrated, allowing the red fruit to flourish. The palate is medium-bodied with filigree tannins, beautiful red cherry and strawberry fruit and an elegant, very harmonious finish. Lovely. Drink: 2026-2042. (Jan 2025)"
94 points/'Sweet spot,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from En Orveaux ; 70% whole cluster). A strikingly elegant nose requires some aggressive swirling to progressively reveals the layered array of exotic tea, sandalwood, hoisin, red and dark cherry and a whiff of star anise. The mouthfeel is very much in keeping with the refinement of the nose as it's quite sleek thanks mainly to the fine-grained tannins shaping the firm, serious and impeccably well-balanced finale. This is terrific and as good as both the Boudots and Cazetiers are, there's just another dimension present here. Drink: 2035+. (Apr 2025)"
