93-95 points/'Sweet spot/Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .7 ha holding of 35 to 40-year-old vines). Here too subtle wood influence can be found on the exceptionally floral-suffused nose of essence of pear, spice and a variety of citrus elements. There is both good size and richness to the solidly concentrated middleweight flavors that display the hallmark refinement and lilting quality while deliver superb punch on the even longer, balanced and very classy finish. This stylish effort is pretty much textbook Combettes and should age like one as well. Drink: 2033+. (Jun 2023)"
