Richard Juhlin: "Madame Ledru owns 6 hectares in Bouzy and Ambonnay. The wines are true to their origin. Full-bodied style. She took over when her parents became pensioners in 1984. She is moving more and more in the direction of organic, natural vinification. 85% of her vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and on average the vines are 40 years old. The wines are very full-bodied and opulent in a style that is typical of their origin. Very great Pinot grower indeed."
