She does not use wooden barrels for her cuvées but she is able to give a feminine touch to the masculine character of her terroir in Ambonnay, classified as Grand Cru, in Montagne de Reims. The 2014 Blanc de Noirs Cuvée du Goulté is 100% Pinot Noir, and is only produced in the best vintages.
