Not yet reviewed; 2018 vintage rated 94 points by Wine Advocate and Decanter, which wrote: "A soft and relaxed expression showing beautiful notes of candied pear, red apple skin, smoked nuts, toffee and cooked lemons, with a lightly bitter, saline finish. The mousse is exceptionally soft, almost not there, giving the impression of a still wine on the finish. Aged in bottle at a depth 60m under the sea, off the coast of Brittany, for one year.
