92 points Wine Spectator: "[$60 list] Fragrant on the nose, showing notes of chalk, smoke and toast. This brightly buoyant Champagne features flavors of pear, black cherry, tangerine peel, spun honey and white blossoms, with a delicate but persistent perlage. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. (11/30/24)"
92 points Sarah Mayo (The Wine Independent): "Based on the 2016 vintage with up to 30% of reserve wines, La Cuvée Brut NV is a Chardonnay dominant cuvée comprising +50% of the blend with 30-35% Pinot Noir and 10 -15% Pinot Meunier. It aged four years on fine lees and was disgorged in 2023 and finished with a nine gram per liter dosage. Golden yellow with lively effervescence, it has showy and vibrant citrus aromas mixed with ripe quince, pomegranate, red currant and white flowers. Medium-bodied with a very fine mousse, the palate has energetic acidity, citrus and stone fruit intensity, and a chalky grip on the finish. Alcohol 12%. Drink: 2023-2030. (11/8/23)"
92 ponts Peter Moser (Falstaff): "Pale yellow green colour, silver reflections. A hint of grapefruit zest, white peach, floral nuances, inviting, fresh bouquet. Medium body, pleasant fruit sweetness at the core, balanced acidity, lemony and mineral finish, a versatile style. (12/1/23)"
91 points Yohan Castaing (Wine Advocate): "Evoking aromas of menthol, white fruits, lemon oil and warm biscuits, the NV Brut La Cuvée possesses a medium to full-bodied, round and supple palate with good depth at the core and a charming, fresh, ethereal finish. For this release, the percentage of Chardonnay in this cuvée has been slightly increased, making it a blend of 52% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 13% Pinot Meunier. Based on the 2018 vintage, complemented with 2016 and 2015, it was disgorged with a dosage of nine grams per liter. Drink: 2024-2032. (10/24/24)"
91 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The non-vintage Brut bottling of “La Cuvée” from Laurent-Perrier is made from a composition of at least fifty percent chardonnay, thirty to thirty-five percent pinot noir and the balance pinot meunier. The bottling includes at least fifteen percent reserve wines and is given four years aging sur latte prior to disgorgement. The wine is bright and complex on the nose, wafting from the glass in a mix of apple, lemon, bread dough, chalky minerality, raw almond and a gently floral topnote. On the palate the wine is bright, focused and full-bodied, with a fine core of fruit, lovely soil inflection, elegant mousse and a long, zesty and well balanced finish. Fine juice that will age well and will be even a bit more complex with three to five years in the cellar. 2024-2045+. (Mar/Apr 2024)"
91 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "The NV Champagne La Cuvée Brut is aged for 4 years and sees 8 grams per liter dosage. The nose is very pretty and elegant, with floral aromas of brioche and sweet orchard fruits. Fresh with apricot, it is expressive of its lovely Chardonnay character. The palate is soft and approachable, and in line with the nose. This is a great aperitif style to begin with. Drink now or over the following 10 years. Drink: 2022-2032. (11/7/22)" 91 points Wine Enthusiast: "As an indication of its complexity, this Champagne is a blend of more than 100 different wines. This nonvintage cuvée is rich, with a hint of toast contrasting with the wine's mineral texture. White fruits give a vivid character to the aftertaste. Drink now. Alcohol 12%. (Dec 2023)"
