91-93 points Stephen Tanzer (International Wine Cellar): "(100% vendange entier; vinified by Laurent, who noted that his fermentation temperatures do not exceed 28 degrees C): Medium-deep red-ruby. Subtle wild berry aroma complicated by violet and more exotic flowers, along with a note of animal reduction. Extremely backward in the mouth, showing the delicate floral side of pinot. Finishes minerally and firmly tannic. There's nothing obvious today about this perfumed but youthfully closed wine. (Jan/Feb 2014)"
